Hazar is the templar in charge of the dungeons of the Ivory Palace. He has no difficulty whatsoever with allowing prisoners to escape so long as it serves Dregoth in some fashion. He believes it is to his benefit to let the rumor get out that his dungeons aren’t very secure so that criminals underestimate his security. He also has no compunction against using or abusing the staff of the palace with his sorceries to effect his subterfuges.
